Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, your organization and role, and your language preference.

Business data you enter: business name, category, description, website, verified facts (such as opening hours or phone), locations, competitors, and the prompts you track. This is the input Dicho analyzes.

Usage and billing data: your plan and subscription status. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record — we do not receive or store your card details.

Technical data: basic logs and IP address, used to operate, secure and rate-limit the service.

To run visibility checks against AI engines, produce your reports, recommendations and (on Pro and Business) draft content; to operate, maintain and secure the service; to handle billing through our payment provider; and to send you account (transactional) email and, only if you opt in, product (commercial) email.

This is central to how Dicho works: to measure your visibility, we send your tracked prompts and business name to third-party AI answer engines (for example OpenAI/ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google/Gemini). Those queries are processed under each provider’s own terms and privacy policies. We send business and prompt data for this purpose; we do not send your account password or payment information to these engines.

We send transactional email you need to run your account (for example password reset, a failed payment, a cancellation confirmation, or a team invite) — these are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from. We send commercial email (such as your visibility report and product news) only if you opt in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. Email is delivered through our email provider (Resend).

Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record and processes all payments and applicable taxes. Your card data is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms; Dicho never sees or stores card numbers.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the providers that make Dicho work — our hosting and database provider, the AI engines described above, our email provider and our payment provider — strictly to operate the service, and when required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active, including your run history so you can see change over time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal and business data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with the law.

Prelaunch waitlist: if you give us your email before launch to be notified, we use it only to send you that one launch announcement. We keep it until the launch email plus 90 days, or until you unsubscribe (a one-click link is in every email), whichever comes first.

Each tenant’s data is isolated at the database level (row-level security scoped by organization), traffic is encrypted in transit, and administrative keys are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Dicho and its providers may process your data on servers located outside your country. By using Dicho you understand that your data may be processed in other jurisdictions with different data-protection rules.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us from your account → Help, or at dicho.la/ayuda. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Dicho is a business tool and is not directed to children. It is intended for use by adults acting for a business.
